Activity 2A: Mobile Marvin

 

Students will cut out human pattern pieces and fit them together to make Mobile Marvin. Using this model, students will study diagrams of the human gait cycle and move the arms and legs of Mobile Marvin to simulate each phase of the gait cycle. They will repeat this process until they feel comfortable with the process.

    Objectives: 

     
    Students will be able to:

    • Demonstrate the phases of the gait cycle using a model.
