Activity Description

In this activity the teacher will "script" the thoughts and feelings of the class with regards to one or more of the following prompts:

  1. Old is...
  2. You know you are old when...
  3. You know your parents are old when...
  4. When I am old, I...
  5. Old people...

Students may respond on the "Scripting Activity Worksheet" or on note cards. Students are to respond openly and honestly. They are not to worry about spelling or grammar. Expressing their feelings and exposing their attitudes are more important! Allow time for students to respond.
